They do have surface scratches. However, they are fully functional. They have something sticky on them like the remains of a label, which probably shows in the photos. I did clean them with an antibacterial wipe, but they could do with some warm soapy water to completely get rid of it. Otherwise great for that Christmas Party!!! Champagne not included! Please look carefully at the photos as they offer a description and thanks for your interest.
